So tomorrow I have a job interview with a major company. I am quite nervous as I have been a stay at home mommy for 2 years now. I am also feeling quite guilty because I am lucky enough to be able to stay at home and take care of my munchkin. However, I do feel like if I go back to work, I am setting a good example for my daughter. I'm feeling quite mixed right now. I want her to grow up knowing that she should work hard and not depend on a man for anything.
I keep telling myself that it's just an interview and it doesn't mean anything. It's just for fun. It's for a big company though, one that I would love to work for..oh well, we'll see what happens.

ReplyDeleteAww, so sweet of you to remember. I'm still waiting to hear back from them. I interviewed with 5 people..and I think 4 out of 5 liked me, Haha. The only thing that they were truly concerned about is that it's a 2 hour commute for me. I'm in NYC, and the job is in NJ. I swear they drilled me about it. DH works in NJ, so that will not be a problem b/c we'd be commuting together, and then eventually perhaps move there. They told me they had a couple of more people to interview this week and then they'd let me know.
